"A magical and wonderful evening."  Wybrzeze 24

"In his stagings he does not shy away from modern solutions, but to a large extent he remains a promoter of the classics, which he successfully enlivens according to the requirements of the contemporary audience.

We witnessed it on a Saturday night, a magical and wonderful evening".

- Wybrzeze24 - Poland

"Johan Kobborg's playful and inventive Coppélia maintained a dynamic and brisk pace with its lively twists and turns.

The choreography reflects the power of classical ballet, enlivens it and adapts it to today's audience.

The story flows dynamically and comprehensibly thanks to the appropriately chosen selection and editing of individual parts of the musical score, sensitively connected to the action on stage. The latter consistently and atmospherically demystifies and depicts the human emotions of the main characters and cuts away the material of the story with gradation.

We as viewers can connect more closely to the story and its actors.

Kobborg also introduces the theme of loss into the story of life and love, and Coppélius emerges from the background as a more multi-layered character.

The dramatic story has Kobborg communicating and interacting in a naturalistic, natural way with regards to the dancers, the space and the stage".
