Johan Kobborg is a renowned Danish ballet dancer celebrated for his exceptional artistry, technical precision, and dramatic expressiveness on stage.

Trained at one of the world’s most prestigious ballet schools, he rose quickly through the ranks and established himself as a leading interpreter of the Bournonville repertoire while excelling in a wide range of classical and contemporary works.

He went on to enjoy an outstanding international career as a Principal Artist with one of the world’s leading ballet companies, where he became a beloved partner to many of the era’s greatest ballerinas — most notably in his long and celebrated collaboration with Alina Cojocaru — and was admired worldwide for his elegant partnering, musicality, and compelling stage presence.
